We have got both the CoolGlide Laser and we have got the Cutera ProWave 770 which is an advanced form of tunable intense pulsed light and these two systems allow us to take care of just about any type of black or brown hair, anywhere on the body of any person, any skin color ranging from lily-white skin all the way through the jet black. Most people need somewhere between four and eight treatments to have a good long-term permanent reduction in the amount of hair. The treatments usually should be about two months apart so that the hair can grow back and have enough color that will absorb energy properly. The treatments are comfortable and here in Canada, laser hair removal is a tax-deductible medical expense when it is done by a physician like myself.
